Agile Delivery Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly organized and delivery-focused Agile Delivery Scrum Master to support our product and engineering squads in delivering high-quality digital solutions.

The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring delivery discipline, removing blockers, and driving transparency across the delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong coordination across engineering, QA, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Facilitation

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure sprint goals align with product roadmap priorities

Support backlog management and ensure stories are ready for development

Track sprint commitments and ensure consistent delivery velocity

Delivery Tracking and Transparency

Maintain sprint boards and backlog in Jira

Track metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and predictability

Provide visibility into progress and escalate risks early

Support weekly delivery reporting

Blocker Identification and Removal

Identify and resolve delivery impediments

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to unblock issues

Track and ensure resolution of blockers

Sprint Planning and Backlog Readiness

Ensure backlog items are well-defined and estimated

Support backlog grooming sessions

Validate acceptance criteria and story readiness

Release Coordination

Ensure Definition of Done is met

Coordinate with QA for testing readiness

Support release planning and deployment tracking

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in Agile delivery environments

Proven experience as a Scrum Master

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks

Experience working with engineering, QA, and product teams

Proficiency in Jira or similar tools

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in fintech, digital banking, or enterprise environments
